    Moorhen

    The artefact

    This black ceramic decorative object shaped and decorated by hand portrays the stylised moorhen and belongs to a collection devoted to animals that includes, in addition to the Common Moorhen, the wild boar, the goat, the owl and the turtle. Characterized by the same technique but with different shapes and decoration, they are available in various sizes. The silvery reflections of the ceramic surface, alternating the roughness of the etched parts and the reliefs, which are the distinctive features of the artist.
