The artefact

This exquisite wedding chest faithfully reproduces the typical Barbagia pattern in shape and rich decoration, according to a freely composed alphabet of traditional symbols, ancient expressive language carved with great craftsmanship. Made entirely by hand with seasoned local chestnut wood selected for its aesthetic rendering of the grains, this piece of furniture is solidly built and has the traditional top opening.
